Claims Service
Workspace Plus provides the very best customer service courtesy of our expert claims team who aim to make the process as fair and simple as possible. They will guide you through the claims process and maintain regular contact throughout to keep you at ease.
To make a claim you will need to provide:
- your policy number (this will either be on the top right hand side of your invoice or on your policy schedule)
- as much information as possible about the claim (for example; how and when damage and/or loss occurred, whether the police have been contacted, and if so, your incident number)
- any supporting evidence (for example; original purchase invoices, photographic evidence, minimum of 2 estimates for replacement costs and/or works required)
It is important to note that you MUST speak to one of our claims handlers for information and approval to proceed prior to giving instructions for any works, including emergency works. Failure to do so can negate your claim or result in your claim being delayed.
